Description
Health Nodes are small red orbs found scattered around Sudra. It is not clear how they came to be there, but if Trace collects them, he can permanently increase his maximum health by 100 points.
Types
Health Nodes come in 2 types: full and fragment. A full heath node will immediately increase Trace's maximum health. A fragment is only a piece of a full health node and Trace must find 5 fragments to increase his maximum health.
