Enhanced Drone Launch

Description

The Enhanced Drone Launch is an upgrade that allows Trace to fire the Remote Drone "egg" projectile a significantly increased distance.

This upgrade, when combined with the Drone Teleport, allows access to some of the highest ledges on Sudra, most significantly the previously inaccessible entrace to E-Kur-Mah. It is also a key component to make efficient use of the "Drone Climbing" technique.

Location

This Upgrade can be found in the northern portion of Kur, in a large room just to the left of the room where the Reflector is found.

An interesting note about obtaining the Enhanced Drone Launch is that it is not necessary to drop into the room to obtain the item. Trace can stay on the ledge at the top and send the Remote Drone down to collect the upgrade, then signal the Drone to return after collecting it. This bypasses the need to make a return trip through the room and can save time.
