My dearest Oracca has become ill; no matter what I dream for her, she remains listless. Please, she is harmless. Move her to a larger chamber, give her room to stretch. Or if you really wish for her to die, let me kill her properly.

This is a green note, and written in Sudran by a Rusalka.
Location
The Note titled "Oracca" is found directly across from the far left save room in Edin. After leaving the save room, you simply walk to the right straight into a seemingly solid wall. There is a hidden passage there and you will enter a new room.
