Description
Drometons[1][2] (aka Armadillos[3]) are heavily armored brown creatures with red pulsing eyes. Conventional weapons bounce off of their shells. They can however be harmed by the Laser Drill as well as the Drone Drill, Red Coat, and Repair Drones' attacks.

When approached and facing Trace, a Drometon will turn its head away, retract into its shell, close its eyes, and spout gas clouds from the three holes on its back. It can be approached from behind and drilled without it defending itself.
If Trace has collected all the Range Nodes possible before meeting one for the first time, he can slowly approach it with the Laser Drill running while it's spewing gas and it will get damaged before Trace does.
Corrupted Form
When corrupted, it can take damage from all weapons and it gets a bit slower (its speed factor goes from 1.5 to 1.25).
