Description
The Ensi's Bracelet is an upgrade in Axiom Verge 2, giving the wearer the ability to perform a downward slam with the Double Axe.
An Ensi is a Sumerian title, designating the ruler or prince of a city-state.[1]
Location
It is found in Sector 31,27 in Uhrum Valley.
