Description
Oracca is the only named Rusalka who does not appear in the game. Her story is told in these Notes: Oracca (Note), My Lovely, The Storm, and From the High Priestess, in that order.
Oracca was a Rusalka that the Sudran people held captive in a small room. Due to undetermined circumstances (which even the Rusalki do not seem to understand), she became "ill", so much so that Veruska pleaded with the High Priestess of Sudra to move Oracca to a larger chamber so that she could have "room to stretch", or at the very least, to allow Veruska to put Oracca out of her misery.
