Description
Appearing in groups, violet Loop Diatoms[1] (aka Purple Giant Diatoms[2]) float around a room, only moving in 45° diagonal directions, bouncing off solid terrain. They move twice as fast as pink Loop Diatoms. They look like violet glazed donuts with white sprinkles.
Corrupted Form
When corrupted, violet Loop Diatoms move at half speed, and they can destroy some solid terrain that is impervious to all of Trace's weapons and upgrades except the Red Coat. When corrupted, Spirus, Gills, Gluggs and Jorms also have this ability.
