Colors are not part of the "official" names (except Snailborgs and Violet Loop Diatom). I make that clear by excluding them from bolded name and using lowercase.

Description

The green Tube Worm[1][2] (aka Green Sea Sponge[3]) behaves much like its yellow counterpart. It is stationary and, when Trace is near, will regularly fire out squarish green globs—9 at a time. The globs spread in an arc above it and then fall offscreen.

It looks like a light green mass of soft tubes anchored to the floor. It pulsates and fires an arc of globs about every 1.5 seconds when Trace is standing within range. These globs are not blocked by solid terrain.

Corrupted Form

The corrupted form of the green Tube Worm is similar to that of the corrupted Spitbug Nest. After being corrupted, it will become harmless and periodically spawn health that Trace can collect.
