Description

Appearing in groups, violet Loop Diatoms^[1] (aka Purple Giant Diatoms^[2]) float around a room, only moving in 45° diagonal directions, bouncing off solid terrain. They move twice as fast as pink Loop Diatoms. They look like violet glazed donuts with white sprinkles.

Corrupted Form

When corrupted, violet Loop Diatoms move at half speed. Contrary to the corrupted behaviour of their pink cousins, violet ones cannot destroy terrain.
