Description
"Disperse into a cloud of nanites."
Tilhar is one of the Apocalypse Arms in Axiom Verge 2, granting Indra the ability to transform her body into a cloud of nanites that allows her to "fly" and pass through grates.
While in nanite cloud form, Indra's nano points will rapidly drain, forcibly ending the transformation when depleted. A Physiology skill can increase the speed at which Indra moves in nanite cloud form to cover more ground.
When manifesting to Indra, Tilhar's presence has a rich purple color and wears a unisex[1] shawl around their body with an exposed right arm.

They are found in Sector 39.15 in Anunna Gorge, at the top of the room where Amashilama's Siuna is first encountered.
