'''Save Shrines'''<ref>https://www.axiomverge2.com/ "A Small Preview" section</ref> are the method of saving the game and regenerating oneself in Axiom Verge 2, a counterpart to the [[Rebirth Chamber]]. Unlike the rest of the technology on [[Kiengir]], these are still very much intact and can be found all around the map, able to be used by [[Indra]]. They can be travelled to at any point in-game after acquiring the Arm [[Dun]].

It appears as a small hourglass-shaped cup- almost like an egg cup- sitting atop a large pedestal, in which Indra will appear and reform from a cloud of nanites upon death. Like the Rebirth Chambers, the Save Shrines are different colors to match the area they're in. However, unlike them, the shrines don't have their own room dedicated to them and the player can be attacked by enemies while standing on one. This ultimately doesn't cause any sort of feedback loop, however.

==Location==
Save Shrines are found all around the [[map]], marked as light blue hourglass-like figures. Upon death, Indra will be returned to the most recently used Save Shrine. Most areas have three or shrines, though [[The Glacier]] only has one, and [[Anunna Gorge]] boasts eight.
