			When low on [[health]], instead of picking one up to use the Power Matrix it filled right away, it's much quicker and easier to just hack the Power Cell and select "emit health". This option is free and saves having to navigate the item selection menu.

			Furthermore (even if it doesn't make sense), the empty Power Cell can then be picked up anyway and it will still fill up a Power Matrix.
